16 Oct. PERFORMANCE PRACTICE CONCERT

On Saturday 16 Oct. at 12 p.m. pst, 3 p.m. est, 21.00 Suisse we will be presenting our first Performance Practice video concert of the season at Renaissance Island in Secondlife. Gorse Ferraris will play Jacob van Eyck solo. She will be joined by Henri Gerndre and Clément Vericel who will play a 18th century French suite and Anthony Cassenave and Thom Dowd will play some choice renaissance duets.

The trio sonata is one of the most perfect forms of the 18th century. This is where composers excelled. We will be giving you a really complete overview of this fantastic gendre on Saturday 26 JUNE 2010 at 11 a.m. Sl 2 p.m. EST, 20.00 Suisse. Also we will perform a work for 3 recorders by the Romania composer Adina Spire who has agreed to explain the work to us all.
